Looks like everyone’s favourite platforming bear-bird combo is back before Christmas this year! Rare community manager George Kelion told the fine folks over at NeoGAF to head on down to the official Banjo-Kazooie website for some very minor details on the game, and an animated puzzle piece.

Kelion guaranteed that the game would not be pushed back, and said that “barring the coming of the four horsemen of the apocalypse, you should be playing Banjo-Kazooie before the end of the year (providing you buy the game, that is).” No announcements or screens of the new game thus far, but I’d bet my bonnet that we’re in for the same old anthro-banjo we’ve grown accustomed to over the years. We can’t always get what we want.
